Factory ERP for apparel units
Styles, costing, cutting, bundle scanning, quality, payroll and export papers in one system. It runs on the Android phones your supervisors already carry, in their own language, and keeps scanning when the wifi drops.
Free for Lalaaji sellers and every operator on your floor.

The problem
Paper works until a shade gets mixed into a lay, a trim order comes up 3,000 buttons short, or nobody knows where 40,000 pieces are.
Output is counted once, at the end of the shift. When a bottleneck shows in the numbers, the day is already lost.
Without lot and shade tracking, the store issues fabric on trust and utilisation is a guess. Two shades in one garment get the carton rejected.
A quote built in a spreadsheet is wrong as soon as the fabric price moves. Nobody re-costs it, because that means typing it all again.
Counting chits by hand for 200 workers takes days. The operators who worked hardest have no record to prove it.
What it covers
Add a style with 5 colours and 7 sizes and you get 35 SKUs. Save a size run once and reuse it on the next style.
Cost a style from its BOM and SMV. Change a fabric price and the cost updates. An accepted quote becomes a sales order with no retyping.
Fabric use is held per size, so a size-heavy order gets enough cloth. MRP subtracts the stock in your store and drafts the purchase orders.
Every roll carries its dye lot, shade, width, GSM and length. New goods wait on QC hold. Cut orders allocate rolls by shade, so each garment is one shade.
Plan the marker and the lay, then print a QR label for every bundle. The label holds style, colour, size, quantity, lay and lot.
Operators scan each bundle at each operation on a low-cost Android phone. You see WIP, efficiency and the bottleneck while you can still fix the day.
Track DHU and right-first-time by line, operation and operator. Final inspection uses the ISO 2859-1 Level II plan that buyers audit against.
Build pack plans and fill cartons by size ratio. The packing list and carton labels add up to the order quantity.
Each order gets a critical path in working days. It skips your weekly off and your holidays, and alerts you when a task slips.
Print the commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin and LC set. Your bank's exchange-control form and the customs declaration use your country's names.
Invoice from the order and age your receivables. Give your accountant a ledger CSV at month end.
Piece-rate pay comes from the scans, with the skill multiplier and the minimum wage applied. Day rate and salary run in the same payroll.
Only on Lalaaji
Factory ERP sits inside the Lalaaji marketplace. You find and order materials on the screen where you plan them.
Search the catalogue for the button, zipper, label, thread or fabric on a BOM line. Link the listing, and the seller goes into MRP and onto the purchase order.
Send one request to the factories that make the item. Lalaaji matches them on the capability data it holds for every listed factory.
Place a purchase order with a Lalaaji seller. A supplier chat opens with it, marked as supply so you keep it apart from buyer chats.
Pick a subcontractor by capability and issue the material. Your stock drops when the goods leave, so on-hand shows only what is in your store.
Built for the floor
Shop-floor screens show in the operator's language. Right-to-left scripts flip the whole screen, numbers included. Urdu ships today.
The phone stores each scan and sends it when the signal returns. A retry never counts a bundle twice.
Planning counts working days around your weekly off, your holidays and a buffer you set for power cuts. A new factory starts with its country's calendar.
Cost in the currency you pay wages in and quote in dollars or euros. A dated exchange rate keeps the books straight.
Payroll holds the national ID, pension and social security fields your labour inspector asks for. Overtime uses your country's statutory rate.
The owner and the line supervisor work from the same figures. Every user is free, so every operator can log in.
Inside the system
The Lalaaji advantage
Factories in this region typically run at 40 to 55 percent efficiency and 5 to 8 DHU. To move either number, you measure at the bundle. Factory ERP does that on the phone your supervisor already carries.
